PHPaldo is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to provide, upon request, valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. PHPaldo reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification.
PHPaldo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. PHPaldo does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the PHPaldo platform and may be updated from time to time.
PHPaldo processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are generally credited to your PHPaldo account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. PHPaldo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to PHPaldo's verification requirements. PHPaldo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to applicable banking hours and processing windows.
PHPaldo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All transactions on PHPaldo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). PHPaldo does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
PHPaldo may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.

The PHPaldo platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond PHPaldo's reasonable control. PHPaldo shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHPaldo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHPaldo platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if PHPaldo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PHPaldo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHPaldo platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHPaldo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PHPaldo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond PHPaldo's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
PHPaldo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the PHPaldo platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in PHPaldo's Privacy Policy.
PHPaldo implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. PHPaldo does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the PHPaldo platform and compliance with applicable law.
PHPaldo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with a regulatory or legal requirement. Upon termination for cause, PHPaldo may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
You may close your PHPaldo account at any time by contacting PHPaldo support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the PHPaldo platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHPaldo platform, you agree to first contact PHPaldo's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. PHPaldo will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. PHPaldo's decisions on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
